Placed an order online on 7th of November, got rejected next day and I didn't realize it until 12th, I called and they said it's because my shipping address is different from billing address, so I replaced the order on 12th then wait, the order's status was in process, I called again on 15th to make sure everything was alright, they said yes and told me my order would be shipped out on 18th or 19th. So today is 20th, the order's status is still 'in process', so I called the 3rd time this morning, they told me it's my credit card company holding the transaction, and I could call the credit card company to verify my information so the transaction could go through.

So I called the credit card company, they grabbed MK staff to the phone too, we 3 talked over the phone, and finally MK staff told me one of my items was out of stock now! That's why they still haven't Shipped it out and they even never think to give me a call! Just let their customer wait and wait and wait until lose all patience!! Wth MK!

So I decided to order the rest 2 items only, that staff said she would give me next-day-delivery for free, and I'll receive the order on either Monday or Tuesday! She also told me that I will receive a confirmation email from MK and I can log onto my MK account to check the status too. So I thought I was all set. After 3 hours I checked my email, there's nothing from MK!

Checked my MK account, showed no new order placed today, but the previous order on 12th is still 'in process'!!! Checked my credit card, it's been charged already by MK!!! Wth MK???!!!! Delayed my order with no notification at all?

If you don't call then at least can you send me an email and explain what's going on?? never told me about out of stock item until last second? I'm feeling lucky that I called credit card company! Otherwise who knows how long I'll still have to wait?

If they make any mistakes again this time, if I won't receive my order before Thanksgiving, I'll simply file a dispute and get back my money, I don't want to deal with MK anymore!! This is too frustrating!!

Bye bye MK!!! You are wasting my time!!!

So I just called again, asked them y I still haven't received any emails from them, they said the staff who checked me out today didn't put in my email address!! Really MK??

Really??? If u don't put in my email address, then how would I know anything about my order?? I really can't stand this!

And the representative became so impatient too. My goodness I want to cancel my order now
