Michael Kors - Poor quality
April 2018, I purchased the Whitney small tote, I loved it at first but the handles started to fray. I just send a request for repair. Seeing all of these complaints, I think they better start refunding people even after a year of use. I do not abuse my purses all of my Dooney's and Coach purses have never had this type of problem.

Poor customer service!

I placed an order on 12/13 for Christmas delivery. Which I still haven't received.it is now 12/23. A shipping label was created but the item never shipped. UPS has no record of the package. I called their customer service, I spoke to Daniel. He refused to send me to a supervisor when I asked several times. When I asked him to track my package he says "all I can tell you is the product is at UPS. If you don't have the product by tomorrow then call us back" He kept dancing around all my questions. He didn't seem to know what was going on at all, and became frustrated when I asked where the product shipped from.

I purchased a pearl gray Junie leather shoulder bag in September of 2018. In May of 2019, the leather lining inside of the purse started to separate from the outer shell. I contacted MK and they had me send the purse to MK at my own expense. After not hearing anything for about six weeks, I called MK to see if they were able to repair the purse and unfortunately, they “were unable to repair”. The warranty process is shoddy (really wanted to spell that differently). I had to chose from a list of replacement purses and even though MK still sells the Junie style, it wasn’t on the replacement list. Thought that “sucked” and will not be purchasing MK again as their quality has suffered. The MK bags I purchased about five + years ago have not fallen apart. FYI: Before you opt to send in your purse for repair, you might want to check with a leather smith to see if they can repair for the same cost (maybe less) that you’d be required to spend on shipping and insurance for a “possible” warranty repair. MK states that they will not send your purse back to you if they declare it irreparable.

Worst company of all time

Ordered a product on December 1st, now December 19th and no package. Called 14 times, over 12 emails and no response. Finally got a hold of someone this afternoon and refuse to refund because package is on its way? Really? After 3 weeks? Called credit card company who took care of refund and will deal with these pathetic losers.

My wife and 3 daughters love MK just last year I bought my wife a hand bag at 180$ from Pensacola, Florida Cordova mall last Christmas, and the strap is broken. I'm not very happy right now I just want her to have a nice bag, I would expect this from a knockoff bag. Not MK. Please HELP.

I ordered a purse off this sight and while I was in the checkout process, the price Changed but they still took the money off my card and ask for me to pay the remaining as well. So I wanted to cancel the whole transaction and I have been getting the run around for TWO MONTHS on my refund! I really think this is a scam site.

Employer gave me bad check and it bounced

I never received a check from micheal korrs for working for them on Black Friday last year and the check just came in recently and I cashed it and it said the check was bad
