Resolved: Terrible customer service
They rectified the issue
The purse is in perfect condition otherwise but since it is “out of warranty”, they referred me to their authorised leather repair service EVEN THOUGH MY LEATHER IS IN PERFECT SHAPE!
The customer service takes forever to reply and shows no consideration to helping customers. I likely at least 100 MK items in clothes, purses, shoes and watches and the way I was treated makes me sick and will certainly not purchase anything else until they learn to respect customers, especially regular one!

Two separate items in 2 separate orders came used
Ok so I jumped on the Michael Kors bandwagon when they were having one of the big "sales" that I later found out are basically year round. I purchased 3 purses first.
One I returned without opening because I purchased it in a different color, the other I picked up in a local store so I had the opportunity to view it before I purchased it, and the other came damaged. Although it appeared new there were two large scratches or blemishes on the front so I returned it and repurchased it in the store ( btw I still have not received the refund on this item I returned over two weeks ago).
Then I purchased two more items on sale. A Bristol medium satchel and a Fulton logo wallet. Both were on sale.
Both arrived used without the tags attached. The purse was damaged and had scratches on the clasp and was clearly used for more than a day or two. The wallet came and I was furious to see the same thing....stained, scratched, with warped leather. Their return policy states that all original tags must still be attached but they have no problem selling this garbage do they?
Now I have to wait weeks for a refund on two different items that never should have been sent out to begin with!
Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from all online orders. I only took pics of the wallet since I returned the purse first.

Handle quality poor
This Vanilla Grayson bag is only about 6 months old tops. The black "piping" trim on both handles has seperated from the leather.
The stiching and leather also fraying. I had a Hamilton and the gold paint on the lock fob chipped off very soon as well. Just not as durable quality anymore. Sad because was a big fan but paying near $300 for this to happen so fast is absurd to me.
I should have had handles professionally repaired but being impatient, I thought it would be a simple DIY repair ...well looks awful. Very sad.
Is this common? I saw another post same issue!

Extremely irritated at lack of explanation of return policy
Low quality for high price products
I purchased two Michael Kors purses. One in October and one in November. In December, I purchased a wallet. Two months after I started using the wallet. I noticed the inside of the wallet was breaking and tearing apart.
Three months after I started using the purses, the stitching on the straps started to come undone.
The straps on the second purse stared to peel and also come undone. All this within six month of use and purchase. How disappointing. These purses and wallet are not cheap.
I called customer service and they suggested I sent the purses to get the straps fixed at my own expense.
DO NOT BUY MICHAEL KORS.
You are better off purchasing from a dollar store.
Lies and disappointment
Purchased merchandise mid January. Called Customer Service many times asking them to email a return label I could print.
Weeks and weeks. Calls and calls to many customer service associates and 2 supervisors. Their answer was they received merchandise used and worn. The tags and packaging were clearly visible.
I am now asked to send pics of merchandise as proof it has not been used/worn then email them to company. I have. THREE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. Horrendous treatment.
I feel they simply do not want to honor their return agreement.
I purchased 2 sweaters, one was refunded to, one dress a purse and a pair of boots. I have been a faithful and loyal customer for almost 2 decades. I have returned merchandise in the past with 50/50 results in customer service.
I have spent much money on this company’s merchandise. MK apparently does not appreciate the patronage!

Refund not issued after goods being returned back to the warehouse for more than 3 weeks. Not acceptable.

Call Macy’s customer service. I had two items from cyber Monday that went on sale and I called yesterday to inform them.
They deducted the difference on both. These were not MK items but I will add that my MK purse handles have cracks in the leather where the handles are hooked onto the purse.
All four anchored areas. The purse is two years old and not used daily.
