Michael Kors - Disgruntled FORMER Customer!!!!!!
I made a purchase on Micheal Kors Online March 07, 2017 I received the order March 17, 2017.The Pom Pom sneakers fitting was horrible.
I returned the item March 22, 2017 it was delivered back to Micheal Kors facility on March 31,2017. Today is April 12, 2017 and I'm still yet to receive a refund. Upon contacting the call center I was told there's a back log, it takes 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed. From March 31st to April 12 I'm wondering how many business days that happens to be.
Worst customer service when asked for a manager I was placed on hold for over 10-15mins with no follow up.. I have been back and forth with this company now for over a month.. Micheal Kors just lost a valuable customer.
I spoke to supervisor jasmine and a whole host of other agents who could help one bit.DISGUSTED!!!!!
