I had bought Michael Kors handfeel two years before . Within one year the handfeel had broken .

I went to the Dlf emporio and they agreed To repair the same . But soon after repair it broke again and this time they refused to repair it even if I was READY TO PAY THE CHARGES .

They just said it cannot be fixed . Is this the way Brands treat their customers if they face any issues with the product ??

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
