I recently sent handbag back to you for repair on the handle (the stitching had come undone). I received news that the handbag could not be repaired or replaced.
I was advised that I would have to chose from a small list of handbags that were not to my liking. I will not except this. Especially since you can still purchase this bag online at your store. I want to know what I can do to either receive a credit so that I can repurchase the original bag or credit back my card.
They refuse to send my original handbag back and I am now out $400. I can’t believe that this is the way a company such as yours would treat their customers. I have many of your items but I will never purchase another item from you until this is made right.
