Michael Kors - Horrible Service!!!
I ordered 2 pair of wedges with express shipping. I received one pair on Thursday, March 22.
(Today is March 25th.) They were damaged! I noticed before taking them out the plastic-thatโs how obvious it was! I immediately took photo and sent an email to customer service. I called them to resolve damage issue.
Rep transferred me to Manager. Manager said ONLY thing she could do is give me a 15% discount on my next order. Umm, I havenโt even received my OTHER pair of shoes! So you are going to FORCE me to make another purchase to accommodate the inconvenience youโve caused me...?
What kind of crap is that! *** why not give me a refund for the damaged shoes, 15% off the shoes that havenโt even came yet and call it a wash? BTW they are completely SOLD OUT of the gold shoes that were delivered damaged! So, I canโt even exchange them.
The manager said there was NOTHING else she could do and said Iโm more than welcomed to hold (on phone) until tomorrow when another manager comes in! She placed me on hold and DIDNโT come back to the phone! An Hour and 26 minutes had passed. I hung up and started chat with representative online, Essie.
She told me she saw message left on my account by manager, saying that manager offered me 15% and told higher-up manager to give me a call. Essie said because of the message she couldnโt help. I have YET to receive a call back!
Still have damaged shoes, No sign of the other shoes I ordered and NO resolution! Michael Kors is extra *** Never again!

I have a year old bag. Hardware (nickel) all have change color.
After waiting over 30 minutes in phone. Told out of year warranty. Did anyone know that policy exist. Will never purchase any Michael korrs products again.
Bad business.
Only wanted bag repair. Not replace
