Due to the Canada Post backlog, I phoned and asked if an item I ordered 3 days ago could be picked up in store instead. Because the item was sitting in the Michael Kors warehouse "waiting".

MK said no. I reached out via online messaging service, MK said no, so I asked for a manager; MK said to call for a manager. I phoned and asked for a manager, manager said no and when I asked for her manager she said there isn't another one available and they would have one call me back through snickering laughter. Yes, she literally could barely take my number down because apparently the situation is so hilarious.

At this point I don't even want the bag because now every time I look at it (IF it ever ships to me) it will remind me of the obnoxious online customer service. How can a company not make changes to orders once they are placed??? This might be the only company in North America with that policy.

I've reached out to PayPal, since the transaction was still pending with them. They have offered to work directly with MK and hopefully can get this order cancelled already!!!

I will never buy online from MK again.

In store only, if I continue to shop with them. Coach has a 50% off sale right now, so I can buy a better bag at the same price.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Michael Kors Cons: Do not permit changes to orders, Being laughed at when speaking to a manager.
