When I ordered the purchase, it was 3 am on 12/14 and the email said it was shipped. The order was suppose to arrive on 12/21.
The order sat for 4 days then finally got really shipped and now I am suppose to get the order on 12/28. When I called customer service, the lady said that it will take at least 3 weeks for an order to arrive it is a PO Box. If it is a normal house, it will only take 7 business days. Then she went on to tell me there is nothing she can do.
I asked for the manager to discuss the issue with and I got hung up on after waiting 45 minutes.
I will say that I will not order another product from them because it is not worth the headache to try to get something nice for someone special. I will go to the store and get it myself.
