I bought a purse for my Mom back in February , @ the Michael Kors Outlet store in Sevierville,TN (which takes anywhere from 2 to 3 hours to get there) for her Birthday that’s in April. They didn’t have a wallet to match , so I’ve periodically checked & not had any luck.

Michael Kors - Awful!!!

I am still waiting for a refund on an item I returned over 3 weeks ago! Their return policies are not transparent (no mention of not being able to return in store if bought via Paypal). I contacted the customer service 3 times via phone and 3 times via email (response time was over 3 business days each time). NEVER am I buying from Michael Kors again.
