I had a problem with one of their handbags. I contacted customer service 9 times and asked to speak to all levels of management. They would say I would get a call but never have. Do not buy this product, I agree with the other reviews, it's a scam. I have been a big MK buyer but they have turned into a horrible company. Their entire customer service department is a disaster.
