called customer service twice. the first person I spoke was extremely rude. I called again and was put on hold for a long period. he was extremely helpful and tried to connect me with someone and was put on hold for fifteen minutes. I don't think I will purchase another Michael kors item. I was a good customer but not any more, shame, shame on Michael kors!

Michael Kors in Williamsburg, Virginia - Terrible customer service

I purchased a item on clearance that I didn’t know was an item on clearance, they explained that I could not return the item because it was clearnece and I had no idea that the item was like that. No one said anything that I could return a clearance item.
