I ordered a medium perforated Desi handbag in admiral (which is a gorgeous blue). When I received the bag in the mail, it was not at all the same color as the bag shown online.

The bag I received was undeniably closer to black in color. I called Michael Kors to make them aware of the problem. I was told that I could just "send it back for a full refund". Ha!

I wish it were that simple Michael Kors! When I say that you've lost a life-long customer, those words barely escape my mouth without tears welling in my eyes. I have MK watches, brackets, sunglasses, shoes, and over 50 handbags. Your horrible (that's being kind) customer service and lack of concern for your customers is pathetic.

I've waited, and waited, and waited some more. I've yet to receive a refund. It's been a month. Your customer service representative told me this was "standard" and it takes two weeks for them to receive a return.

You took my $375 in less than two seconds. Yet, I have to wait over a month to receive a refund? This is standard practice?

I've heard so many excuses from your company, I'm not even concerned about the refund anymore- I just want everyone to know how little concern is actually shown towards customer issues. Way to go Michael Kors!
