My handbag is only 6mos old & the straps are falling apart. I've tried to contact customer & can't get through.

That should be a red flag to everyone. Not a happy customer!

I didn't like: Inferior quality, Quality.

I persisted and got through around 8 am on a Saturday morning. They emailed me the necessary form and instructions within a few minutes, outlining how to return the bag.

I am in the process of sending back back for service or repair. Hopefully this will work out for me.
