MICHAEL Michael Kors customer service sucks
There is promotion online 25% off over $500, and I placed order for 2 handbags which I like most (SLOAN LARGE QUILTED-LEATHER SHOULDER BAG and SELMA MEDIUM STUDDED LEATHER MESSENGER). Now they cancel my order with no reason, meanwhile they told me they even can't replace my order because the promotion expired.
I could have just ordered these 2 handbags through Macys the other day with the similar price. First they explain the order now is overwhelmed, but the overwhelmed ordering is not my fault... Is that can be called a reason to cancel my order? Such a joke!
They wasted my time. Will never order through their website.
