Michael Kors - No Response From Customer Service!
I purchase a $400 Michael Kors handbag from BonTon.Three months later it tore at the handles.
I emailed the customer service at Michael Kors at the end of June and they did respond the first two times asking me for more information and photos. I sent this to them immediately and have not had a response since July 9th. I continue to email them nearly every week and still no response. Considering the amount of money Michael Kors charges for his product you would expect a high level of service but you can't get any service at all.
Michael Kors should be ashamed of himself. That handbag was a large purchase for me and it is not something I can afford to do very often.
Now I have a defective handbag that I can't get replaced and am out $400.That is why the rich keep getting richer....they continue to rip off and ignore the little people who got them to where they are.
