Thanks for reading and sorry for the long email. I already made an informative compliant to Michael Kors's but since no action was taken so far, I am forced to lodge a formal complaint.

Kindly review my complaint and take appropriate actions. Bought the last Michael Kors Handbag and the store manager gave me 10% since it was a display item. Unfortunately, the style was not what my wife wants so we went back in the 5th day while the box was still unopened with the receipt expecting to return and get a full refund. Here is what I get instead: A.

I was told I can only exchange since it was a display item and the 10% discount they applied is actually to removes customers privilege to get rid off the full refund B. When I ask for Store manager to escalate the issue, I was told there is no store manager. The same person who told me that she was the store manager at the time of my purchase 5 days ago, is no longer a store manager. Hemmm C.

I ask for the name of the associate who told me that I cannot get full refund, but I was to that Michael Kors's policy do not allow them to give their name out to customers. Really? I gave the purse to the lady (Amber) and call Michael Kors immediately and let them know that I left the purse in the store and file a complaint. I am serious on this and I am not fighting only for one purse.

So, I talk to talk to my attorney this morning and he said that Michael Kors's may be violating the requirements of Civil Code section 1723 which is liable to the customer for the amount of the purchase I strongly believe that the store associates felt that I will not fight this case as I have weird English accent.

On top of my frustration for mistake that I have not caused, I spent several hours calling Michael Kors's customer support, Better Business Bureau and talking to my attorneys, going back to store, etc. The case is not closed yet Sincerely Pissed Michael Kors's long time customer
