I had received a medium Sandy purse in pearl grey for a gift. The handle on the purse has recently began to fray.

I return to the store and was told there was nothing they could do. I pressed due to the age of the purse (only been used for 4 months) and they gave me the customer service number to call. I called, received a ticket number #2937415. I was told by Amy that I would receive paperwork via email, complete the paperwork and return the purse with it.

I never received the paperwork so I then emailed, said I didn’t receive it and asked that they sent it again. That was on January 18th and I still have not received the paperwork or any resolution. My children worked hard to save there money to purchase this purse and I am extremely disappointed in the merchants reply.

I will never purchase a Michae Kors product again. Dianne Martel
