Poor quality and won’t stand behind their product
The purse has calf hair in a leopard print. After just a couple of months of carrying the purse, the leopard material wore off where the purse opens and closes.
I called customer service several times, was told they would call back and no one ever does.
I went to the store and they stated that it is not covered under their warranty. I will not ever buy another Michael Kors purse.

Purse straps are tearing and wallet is also tearing
Cant get a hold of customer service. I have only had the purse about a year and it started tearing on the wallet and on the straps.

Poor Quality Materials Used / Poor Customer Service
Purchased (1/2022) Silver Glimmer low heel pumps and worn x3. Inside of shoe peeling and cracking.
Customer support reply, "no receipt you can send them for repair and your own expense."
I submitted photos showing the bottom of the shoe with no wear.

Resolved: Onlinei was not able to talk to anyone at customer service. order
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The customer Service person research the status of the order/return and assured me the refund was being processed.
Need some resolution on the process of returning an item that is malfunctioned at the time of delivery.
Preferred solution: I need to know if I can return the boots at one of your local stores.

No response after sending 3 emails
I purchased a Michael kors handbag in England in June 2023 and now the handle is breaking, I have sent pictures and my Amex receipt for the purchase 3 times, I have phoned and have still not received any help at all!
Their bags are not cheap, well at least not for the regular working class.
I just want my bag replaced.

Sharp object sewed into the lining cut me

Shoes
Ordered the Michael kors poppy color block logo sneakers on August 27 th which I received in September.After wearing it for couple of times I saw that the logo is pinching the leather in front of it and ripping the leather so I called and complained it to Michael kors customer service . But they are not acknowledging the defect in design and not ready to help me in this .
Really had very bad experience with the customer service on this .

Refund of a new unused item
No only for the refund a customer needs to wait 14 working days not early despite there is said at the policy that it will take UP TO 14 working days. Then they will send an email to you to "start investigation" and "do it manually" and it will take another 3 -5 working days if not longer. So easily they take money for purchase, and so they extremely slowly are ready to give a refund despite of customer rights

I send my MK watch for repair since 2023 and up to now I
I have sent my MK watch to repair since 13 August 2023 I have get emails about the company FG cannot repair my watch them did issue me a replacement gift card which I tried to download the and I never got it to download I called back FG many times to let them know and I still cant get my matter resolved any way at this moment I cant trust MK anymore I need my money back instead of the gift card

FAULTY MATERIAL USED IN MICHAEL KORS SHOES
They never contacted me They do not care about their customers.
I never wore them until THE WEDDING DAY ON Oct.
1 for 1/2 hour. All the gold metalic is coming off of the shoes. I filed a complaint with Michael Kors and sent pictures of all the gold coming off the shoes. Michael Kors said it is over their 3 month guarantee period.
This is ridiculous, they used faulty materials. They should take responsibility for their merchandise and I should be compensated for the purchase price since I can not wear them.
I wrote to them 5 emails and complained to the BBB but they won't do anything. DON'T BUY MICHAEL KORS PRODUCTS
