We need a replacement of two straps on one of your pocketbooks. It's a red pocketbook that has the emblem MK hanging on the right side.
These straps are red and they're very small in width, but the length is for your shoulder. I would like to send you a p.

Horrible customer service. The chat went. O where and after 12 minutes the person asked me for the product number out of the blue. We were chatting in regards to the promo code not an item
I was very displeased and concerned about the customer service and respect that I got as a customer. I was told the service bot would connect me to a live representative.
When the representative got on the phone, they were horrible; they had no idea what I was talking about. Furthermore, after twelve minutes of chatting, they asked me for a product number. We weren't even talking about products.
We were talking about a promo code. I've attached a screenshot for your review.

Michael Kors is a fashion designer whose office is based in New York City. He is best known for designing classic American sportswear for women. Kors had an affinity for fashion since he was very young. His mother thought it might have had to something to do with the fact that he was exposed to the apparel industry through her modeling career. As a teen, Kors began designing clothes and selling them out of his parents' basement, which he renamed the Iron Butterfly. In 1977, he enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Currently Michael Kors designs women apparel, shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, gifts, as well as stuff for men. Among the awards of Michael Kors are 1999 CFDA award for womenswear designer of the year and 2003 CFDA award for menswear designer of the year.
