Michael Kors - Manipulative marketing

I ordered a pair of boots on 12/17/2018 with expedited 2 days later. It’s not 12/21/18 and I still don’t have the package. They said a shipping label was created but the package not sent out for some unexplainable reason. I’m on the phone right now for 40 minutes with still not resolution besides the offer of a supervisor getting back to me 3-5 days from now....which would make it over a week of placing an order and still not having a reception date....this is negligent and manipulative as they create shipping labels and tracking numbers that have no intention of leaving the warehouse. Will have a late Christmas gift and who knows may not even get this by New Years as theycant even tell me when the package will go out!!!!
