Price Affordability

Purchased handbags ,the next day they went on sale called asked for price adjustment they said they do not do that but it was not a problem told me to just return the bags and purchase them at the lower price they would credit me as soon as they were returned so I did that , they received the bags Nov.22 2016 I have called them about thirty times they said they received and would issue me the credit but here it is Jan. 16 2017 and still no refund. One call they said paypal would not except the credit so I called paypal they said there was no truth to that at all they never even contacted them and they would not refuse the credit so if there is anyone going to buy from hope you do not have to return

I am going tru the same thing I returned a product to them on DEC 16 2016 and to this day I have not gotten my refund, i sent it back with there return label(wrong thing to do) it caint be tracked best thing to do is pay postage and get your own tracking number,also no one speakes English and a supervisor is never there for you to speak to all I can say is that they steal your money and get there product back to sell it again.they are thiefs

They are in Atlanta they all speak English...maybe your mistaking that southern accent with a foreign one..LOL
