Last November I purchased a $400 Purse. Within one month all the corners tore up so I called customer service and they said no problem return the bag and your receipt and they will send me another one.

So I sent the bag back at my expense then I get a letter saying the bag was seasonal so they can't replace it and they already destroyed my bag so they can't send it back and they can not give me a refund. Every time you call you wait forever then when you get through they won't help you. I picked a bag I saw on the website and called them and they said you can't do that you have to pick from the selection they send you. Once I got the selection most of the bags were cheaper than the one I bought and ones I did not want.

I called again and complained and they said well we update the list ever so often keep checking!! After 3 months of fighting with them I picked a bag of the same price and gave it to my sister.

Then I gave away all my purses and wallet I bought from them and I will NEVER buy another item from them again! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Michael Kors Cons: Rude customer service and not willing to help you.
