I purchased a handbag and a pair of shoes for a wedding this weekend. I received a black backpack instead.

After speaking with customer service not once but twice i got no where.

They advised me once they saw that i sent back the other item, they would contact the warehouse and they would ship my items, if in stock. In addition, both customer service reps advised me that my issue was being escalated to Amid, who was on vacation but would contact me.

Of course, i have not heard from anyone, the wedding is in two days and I am out over $200 because there seems to be no one above Amid i can speak to and no one can ship out the items i paid for.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $285.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Update- I had a customer service rep call me- told me she would process the reorder for the same items with a 15% discount. Never received the order and was actually charged more money for the order. Come what is going on.
